Cursing Language on Disney Channel - Disney Channel (Family)

My daughter and I were watching Cars 2 on the Disney Family HD (channel 678 in Seattle) at 4:30 in the afternoon. A commercial came on for an upcoming new show (dad is going transgender!?!?! - that alone should have it's own comments!). My issue was the language used during the commercial. The dad/mom(??) in response to a child said "I'm going to kick his ass". Really?! I'm watching a G-rated movie on a channel I feel is safe for my daughter and she's exposed to cursing in middle of the weekend. Very disappointed and will be looking into my options to file a complaint with the FCC.
