  • Innapropriate Commericals

As a mom I am highly upset over what movies Disney Channel is promoting on their channel. To be specific, there have been constant commercials and special ads promoting Guardians of the Galaxy 2. However, after reading reviews and talking with friends who have seen the movie I have found out that it is very inappropriate for kids to watch. The movie has many cuss words and sexually inappropriate comments and scenes. First of all, the movie is rated PG-13. My kids are both under 13 and watch Disney Channel often. We have seen the commercial for the movie many times and were excited to go... More...

  • Inappropriate radio Disney commercial

Around 2:12 today my children were watching the Disney channel and I was shocked at the commercial for radio Disney! The song that was playing was something about being rotten inside. These kids were singing that they are nothing but rotten on the inside and celebrating this. Is this what Disney wants to teach and influence their audience? Kids who are searching maybe for their identity and they see these children singing they are rotten in the inside has the potential to be harmful. Words have power. It might be a song but a song that is repeated and sung will stick. It's terrible. I... More...

  • GMW cancellation

My 14 yr old granddaughter watched Girl Meets World's last show yesterday afternoon. She came into my room, with tears in her eyes, asking 'Why would they cancel the best Disney show there is?'. GMW was the only show she really liked on Disney - sure, she'll watch some of the others, hoping they'll improve, but they stay the same. She said she understands that Disney never has a program last more than 3 or 4 years (which she agrees with me, is a stupid way to run a program) - but was wondering why they couldn't give them at least 4 years. I told her that... More...

  • Disney channel consumer complaint

I would like to complain about Girl Meets World, this is a great show and all of the best shows are and were being canceled for shows that are not so great. Girl meets world is one of the best shows on your channel and i am so confused to how this is even possible that the show is being canceled, this is unbelievable. This show helps girls with friend issues and so much more, this is one of the realist shows on your channel. More...

  • Too much emphasis on girls

The Disney channel places to much emphasis on "Girl Power". I am a mother of two boys and I am now discouraging my kids from watching Disney. As a woman, I think that it is ok to encourage girls, but come on, what about the little boys who are also very impressionable and need positive role models on television. Disney's new wave of "Girl Power" has gone too far, almost every Disney commercial overly targets girls. An unequal portion of their shows have girls in the lead roles. Our boys are equally important. More...

  • Girl Meets World Cancelation

Dear Disney Channel, I would like to complain about your recent action of cancelling your show Girl Meets World. I have lots of evidence proving that Girl Meets World is the most popular current running tv show on the channel, so I don't understand why you would cancel a show that is giving your channel the most ratings. Girl Meets World is one of the most unique shows on the channel that not only provides funny entertainment for children but also for teenagers and to some extent young adults. The show also talks about deep topics that is never mentioned on the show such as feminism,... More...

  • Girl Meets World

Disney Channel must reconsider the cancellation on Girls Meets World. It's such a great show. Actually in my opinion, the best on Disney Channel. It teaches kids life lessons that they will eventually learn in the future while still showing comedy. For parents it's a great comeback show to Boy Meets World including stars from the past. It should continue because even myself as a teenager, growing up watching Disney Channel and seeing the shows now, and they are not as well writtened as they were in the past. The cast have a great connection and to break a bondage where we can see... More...

  • Bad programs

I think Mako Mermaids is absolutely ridiculous the girls are overly too dramatic! So is Girl meets world they are taking too many things seriously especially Riley -.- I don't think stuck in the middle is very good either I'm sorry but it's not funny and I think that they try be funny but they aren't. Bizzardvark.... I don't even want to start. All I can say is it's pathetic makes no sense what so ever. Best friends whenever don't make too much sense either! • Inappropriate show

Disney Junior, I am VERY bothered by your show P.King Duckling!! My child is only 3 years old and only watches this channel and you have a show that promotes cross dressing?! I am so sick and tired of the LGBT being shoved in our faces let alone put in the minds of our children and babies!! I have had it! We have enough resources trying to neutralize this sort of abomination. You could have stayed a positive channel yet you chose not to. Says a lot about your quality of program. More...

  • Commercial

I am the mother of twin boys. They have loved watching Disney shows since they were babies. However, I am extremely disappointed with your "Dream, Big Princess" commercial. As much as I do love that commercial, I am shocked that you haven't come up with something for our young boys who are watching. I am sure you are aware that ALL children, including boys, need an opportunity to "dream big" and be successful. Thank you for your time. More...
  • Sad for my boys

I am a mother of 6 year old twin boys. They have loved watching the Disney Channel since they were babies. However, I am very disappointed by the "Dream Big, Princess" commercial. As much as I do love the commercial, I can't believe you haven't come up with something for our young boys. I'm actually quite shocked. I hope you realize how important it is to have ALL children "Dream Big" and succeed in life. More...

  • Offended with Disney channel being sexist against boys!

My boys are becoming brain washed that girls are better and stronger and can do more than them because of the songs and advertisements played on Disney junior channel . I have had my child speak to a counselor about how boys can do what girls can do equally because he keeps repeating the dream big song about GIRLS and empowering princesses! Well what about the princes! Young little boys in the society now more than ever need to feel empowered as well! I am so offended that I am considering a law suit for emotional and mental damage to my children and for your channel being sexist... More...
  • Offended mother

Dear Disney junior, I am a mother of 3 young boys that are young and impressionable just like young girls. I am annoyed, irritated, and very offended that Disney junior is constantly promoting "dream big princess". "Girls can do anything " !!! Everything on Disney junior is constantly about girls and what they can do and accomplish. Well I ask you your founder Mr. Disney who started everything was a MALE. The channel needs to have an equal advertisement of commercials and songs for boys as well. In this current society boys and girls equally need to be encouraged... More...

My 7 year old daughter is having nervous breakdowns and nightmares about this new show aired on disney channel called Mech X4 she claims a kid turns into a monster after eating sauce and goes crazy on everyone. Please discontinue this episode atleast! I look forward to allowing her to watch Disney channel because I grew up watching now a days everything needs to be parental guidance I'm hoping that you would take this concern seriously because its hard for a single parent to continue to wake up in the middle of the night with horrific screams from your brave 7 year old. ! • Cartoons

What happened to all the cartoons?!?! All that's on here is stupid shows for mid teens not for children! I don't want to watch some show about a dog who's mouth is cgi' to talk. What happened to ducktails, tailspin, Brandi and mr.whiskers??????? What is going on!!! Disney isn't Disney. And if it was up to me it wouldn't even be a channel anymore. I suggest you make a Disney rewind channel for all the people who want to watch good shows. It would make a lot of people happy. More...

  • Disney descendants

Although I like the movie, I feel as though I'm sick and tired of you guys playing the preview for it. It came out almost 2 months ago and it's still playing and it's really annoying. Every time I get home from school, the first thing I see when I turn to Disney is Sofia Carson's remix to rotten to the core. Really?? I only suggest that perhaps these previews wouldn't show as much. More...

  • Doctor who

This show should be taken off the Disney channel. My 9 year old started watching it and was terrified! To be honest, I am an adult and I was even a little scared. The material in this show was way too much for a family channel and there was no indication the show was going to be scary. In the scene we saw there was a little girl with her mother trapped inside a house by what was inferred as some demonic looking presence. They start chanting something and then it eventually leaves. Come on Disney channel, seriously? More...

  • Everything

Almost everything about disney channel angers me from its feminism to shows to the stupid characters and to the HORRIBLE stereotypes. I love Walt Disney and think he an extremely smart person. I also went to both Disney World and Disney Land. In fact, Disney probably already knows me because I am annual customer. To make easy I will just list my least favorite Disney Channel Shows. 1. Liv and Maddie 2. Girl Meets World 3. Dog With a Blog 4. KC Undercover 5. Austin & Ally 6. Jessie Now to the ones I either liked or had neutral opinion (I will not list the 90s and early 00s... • Depiction of Africa on Disney Channel

The main issue I have with many Disney Channel shows from the past till the present is that it depicts Africa as one country. Disney Channel is a show for children so if you keep perpetuating images of Africa as a sort of jungle or rainforest, it will stick with the children over the years. That is promoting ignorance. For instance in an Austin and Ally show, Ally's mum I believe went to 'Africa' for research or something. She was sitting on the chair in a jungle and made friends with gorillas. At least be specific with country when referring to Africa. We have cities too! More...

  • girl meets world lucas and riley/ lucas and maya

I don't like the fact that the writers are leaning towards making Riley and Lucas have a more brother/sister relationship I think they are a cute couple and the fact that they have liked each other since the first episode makes absolutely no sense to me especially since they have gone on their first date together and had their first kiss together so I think they should end up together and i'm pretty sure a lot of people who watch this show feel the same way because the season 1 and 2 have them romantically involved and thats how it should be especially since they kinda did a sneak... • Jesse the show

First of all this show becomes really racist. The first of this is the kid named Ravi, why are they making this type of stereotype with Indians? Do you really want to teach kids this? Second of all in it's new season on camp Kikiwaka, we are introduced to a new character who appears to be Asian. Now you tell us that this girl needs an A. Really? Then the script keeps on rambling on about stereotypes of this little asian girl. If you watch this you will understand. Whoever is directing this should really be fired, like really? Come on disney watch this, I don't want kids watching... More...
