Good luck Charlie - Christmas episode
I was shocked and horrified when I watched today's good luck Charlie with my 7 year old, about when Charlie goes to see Santa and tells him what she would like for Christmas! The whole episode is about how the family needs to discover what Charlie has told Santa so the parents can get it for her!! My children are not daft and obviously at 7, the belief in Santa is now depleting! My child put two and two together and starting quizzing me about if it is the parents who buy and hide parents as 'why would Santa do it?'' If parents bought the items instead!
I am disgusted with the Disney Chanel and have felt cheated on many occasions from the content in some of the shows which is too old for my children and have banned them from watching many shows already on so-called childrens Channels (not just the disney channel ), Content such as boy/girl kissing and the overtop rude attitude from children being promoted on the shows! I have and will continue to warn many parents to watch the shows themselves before they allow their children to watch this channel! Because it is 'disney' you assume it's safe! I am going to call sky and get the channel blocked even though my children love it, which is a shame because we are the audience they are trying to reach! We need to all take responsibility for our future generations.
